Our products comply with both mandatory and recommended standards for premium import markets:

  • For the US Market:
  • Formaldehyde Emission (TSCA Title VI/CARB): All engineered wood (particleboard, MDF, plywood) strictly meets the emission limit (< 0.09ppm), with certification from an independent laboratory. Products are always labeled as TSCA Title VI compliant.
  • Structural Safety (ASTM F2057): For tall cabinets over 60cm (approx. 24 inches), we design and label anti-tip restraint kits per ASTM standards to ensure maximum end-user safety.
  • Flammability (TB117-2013): Meets the fire resistance requirements for upholstered or fabric components (if applicable).
  • Chemical Regulations (California Proposition 65): We strictly control our supply chain to ensure hardware (handles, hinges) and adhesives do not contain chemicals exceeding the safe harbor limits, and we comply with warning labeling requirements.
  • For the EU Market:
  • REACH Compliance (Formaldehyde): Our products meet the new EU emission limits for furniture (0.062 mg/m³).
  • EUDR Compliance (Deforestation Regulation): We commit to legal wood sourcing with full traceability. We can provide detailed information on tree species and harvesting regions upon request.

Our comprehensive documentation package includes:

  1. Certificate of Origin (C/O): To claim preferential import duties (if applicable) and prove Vietnamese origin.
  2. CARB/TSCA Test Report: Emission test reports from an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory.
  3. ASTM F2057 Test Report (if applicable): Certification for anti-tip compliance.
  4. Lacey Act Declaration: Full information on wood species (scientific names), origin, and shipment value for US imports.
  5. Commercial Invoice & Packing List: Including the correct HS Code (e.g., 9403.40 for kitchen cabinets) and detailed product descriptions.

We focus on quality and differentiation for sustainable competitiveness, not just price:

  • Premium Plywood: We use high-grade plywood with superior mechanical strength and moisture resistance, minimizing warping for the demanding US/EU climates.
  • Advanced Surface & Edging Technology: Our modern production lines ensure flawless surface finishing and edge-banding, providing exceptional scratch and water resistance.
  • Safe Adhesives: We use imported (or equivalent) low-formaldehyde adhesives. This ensures both consumer safety and long-term bond strength, preventing delamination.
  • Imported Hardware: We prioritize hardware from reputable brands to maximize the product’s overall service life.

We strongly recommend 18mm panels for the cabinet carcases. Although the material cost is about 7% higher, the product lifespan can be doubled. More importantly, it significantly reduces the risk of sagging doors and granite countertop cracks over time.

This is a serious industry-wide concern. To mitigate your risk:

  • Transparent Sourcing: We maintain a strict raw material traceability system, ensuring that all manufacturing processes (cutting, finishing, assembly) are performed in-house in Vietnam, not simple “assembly” of imported parts.
  • Value-Added Production: We focus on ODM design and high-aesthetic, high-quality products rather than basic OEM processing. This builds our core competitiveness and reduces circumvention risks.

We apply a rigorous quality control system:

  1. Sample Approval: We always finalize product samples (color, dimensions, materials) before mass production.
  2. In-line QC: Continuous quality monitoring throughout the entire production process.
  3. Pre-shipment Inspection: We are happy to cooperate with third-party inspectors (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) to verify each shipment meets your specifications before leaving our factory.

  • Capacity: Our workshop is equipped with modern production lines to meet the schedules and volumes of large-scale projects.
  • Lead Time: We will develop a detailed production plan and commit to a specific delivery schedule based on your order’s timeline and quantity.
  • Absolutely! We warmly welcome and encourage factory visits. We believe this is the best way to establish mutual trust and build a long-term partnership. A factory tour is the clearest evidence of our professional capabilities and production processes.
